New Razer Kraken mic issues

I'm new to Razer products, I just upgraded my mic to a Razer Kraken tournament edition and my friends on Discord keep telling me I sound like a Stormtrooper. I've googled the issue and have reinstalled synapse, checked my mic quality and I can't figure out how to fix it.

    Is the issue happening only in Discord? Have you tried using a different communication platform and check if it behaves the same? Let's isolate it by performing the steps from this link. Let me know how it goes. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
