Hey all, just picked up a Kraken v4 pro, and it’s awesome!
All of the sudden, I started noticing the display just spazzing out with no rhyme or reason why. No load on the machine, recently restarted and reconnected. Happens for a bit, then stops … then starts again.

I understand that the Razer Kraken V4 Pro display is randomly malfunctioning. To isolate teh issue, please try updating the headset firmware here. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. All the best!
