I just got the new Razer Moray earbuds today and I was hyped to use them and sadly one earbud is not working. I already unplugged and plugged it back in multiple times onto different devices and nothing the left side is the only one that works. Any help on what I can do?

Same problem happen on my Moray earbuds.
