New Razer Stealth 13 screen and wi-fi issue

Hi there, I've just received my Razer Stealth 13 Ultrabook. I've noticed two issues right away:
  • The screen keeps flickering, whether the laptop is plugged or on battery
  • The wi-fi keeps going on & off
I did a quick search around but I couldn't find anything specific yet related to this laptop. The video card driver for the MX 150 seems updated, I'm running 425.45 The wi-fi works fine with my other computers. Any hints? Edit: the screen flickers particularly when I'm plugging/unplugging usb drives.

I'm doing more research but I'm not finding much. The only conclusion to me is that the unit is defective. Too bad, it seemed a nice laptop but apparently my only option is to return it.
