I am trying to register a new Razer TE Mamba on my the website. I already have my old Razer TE Mamba on synapse, but I just got a new one, I have confirmed the Product number is all 0 and no O. But I have tried all the combinations for the S/N and nothing is working. I did buy this NEW from amazon, so maybe it was opened before they shipped it to me?
Yes for the 500th time, I have checked the i’s and 0’s and locations of them on both the box bottom and mouse bottom.
