New Razor Blade 15 Advanced. Battery not charging/recognised

Hi, I bought this laptop yesterday and while it will turn on with the adaptor plugged in, it has never charged. The taskbar says "0% available (plugged in)" I have attempted your fix at link with no success. Could I have some guidance?

      Does the laptop immediately shuts down after unplugging the power adapter? Do you have a steady green LED light on your power adapter? Please perform the other steps here.
