New Razor Hammerhead TWS X - Why does the left earphone sound much quieter?

The new Razor headphones do not work properly from the beginning. After connecting to the smartphone, the left earphone operates at 10% volume compared to the right one. Resetting the smartphone or headphones or re-pairing does not help. Is there any way to fix this problem? Or maybe this is a manufacturing defect? Thanks for help.

This might seem a bit obvious but have you tried setting the volume to the minimun and thew back up again? I think it might have to do with if one earbud was connected earlier and the volume adjusted before the second was connected.

Yes, I tried. Additionally, I noticed that the left earphone changes the volume. This means that one time after connection it has the mentioned 10% volume, another time it is 5%, and once in a while it happens to be 50%.

I have same problem.

I notice that the left earphone does not turn on. I have to take it out and put it in several times to get it to turn on. In the application it marks 5% when the right is 100%
