New Siren Emote - Constant Static

I received my brand-new Seiren Emote mic, and there is an awful amount of static I'm getting. I have the Razer Synapse app, Chroma Connect, streamer companion app, etc., and I see the Razer Seiren Emote in the Synapse, but the only options there are toggle mic volume and playback volume. There is no option for additional settings or gain and the like. I can't seem to find any good answers on google either. I've attempted to find settings in Windows 10, with no success. Different USB ports, different USB cables, and I still get static. Is something up with my software that it's not letting me change the settings for the Mic, or is the product defective, and I should start a RMA process?
