New Synapse 3.0 Update Issues

I had Synapse push down a new patch/update (3.5.0531.051418) which kind of messed up my Synapse. The Razer Blade 15 System-Performance sliders (balanced/custom/fan speeds) are now gone and I cannot configure those anymore. Reinstalling Synapse returns those sliders only until I restart the computer. When I encountered the same issue again, proceeding as a Guest helped, but when I logged into my Razer ID account, those sliders are gone again. Please help!
