New Synapse update Broke 3 different Tartarus Controllers

Your QC is absolutely needing a revamp..fire/hire doesn't really matter to me. I am sick and tired of paying top dollar for a product to have the company FORCE updates that DO NOT FUNCTION!

ALL 3 versions of my Tartarus controllers are not working on 3 separate computers. Everything worked yesterday and then the update, all things broken. instead of trying to put junk down everyone's install to push your whatever agenda, hire someone that actually knows what they are doing. 

FORCED updates? impossible to roll back? horrible support? massive cpu spikes from your software? 

Junk software and staff turning great hardware into objects that clutter the desk.

Company needs a Serious wake up call, complete and utter failure

It’s not the physical devices, it’s the shitty coders. I am convinced they have replaced their QA/QC team with AI bots at this point because it’s been 1 trash update after another. All I know is, if I so much as see a “Tartarus v4 out today!” on Monday…. I will NEVER buy another razer product again. So sick of them breaking perfectly good products to “push” the customers to buy new ones.
