Just received the thresher headset for xbox one and they wont turn on unless plugged into a power source. Anyone else have this issue? Ive charged them till the led is green, which comes up very quickly btw. Left them charging overnight still nothing. Has anyone had trouble contacting Razer before? Their phone and chat say no one is available. This is very disappointing
