New to BT Razer Kraken Kitty

Completely new to BT Kraken Kitty headset and I am lost, it isn't showing up on synapse, I've tried everything I can think of. It also keeps powering off when I'm talking with friends/using them - the audio also sounds horrendous, and I didn't receive an activation code for the surround sound.. I just wanted to use them and I don't know what else to do.

    Have you tried draining the headset's battery and charging it for three hours until you get a solid LED light from the power indicator? Ensure that the Razer Kraken BT Edition is connected to your computer via Bluetooth. Should the device is still not detected in the Razer Synapse, perform a clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse by following the steps from this link.
