Hi all,



First time Razer customer and my new Blade 15 and Kraken headset arrived today. All has been fine. However, earlier on I unplugged the audio controller from the laptop. When I plugged it back in the sound continues to come from the laptop speakers and not the headphones.



I've tried rebooting, checking the headphones are still there in Synapse etc. Even with the headphones plugged in when you go the the mixer within synapse to calibrate the sound still comes via the laptop speakers. If I plug the headphones directly into the jack instead of into the USB controller they work fine. The controller itself is still getting power as the light is on.



Can someone throw the noob a bone, please?
