New viper v3 pro keep disconnecting on wireless mode

Hello, i’m having some issue with my brand new Razer Viper V3 PRO.

 

Issue: Disconnects/Stops working A LOT, OFTEN. 

 

*Updated firmware doesn't fix it.

 

Mouse is ~2 days old or so.

hey Razer i have the same exact issue. keeps disconnecting randomly , could be after hours or sometimes every 2 minutes

Hello,

 

I have the same issue. Updating the firmware did not fix it . Reinstalled the drivers . Disabled USB power saving features from Windows .

Having the samme issue, tried using both the syapse beta and synapse 3, but problem still occurs. Mouse flashes green and tries to reconnect to the PC. But gets disconnected after a minute. Same processe every time


I have replaced mice and since week is no issue occured.

exact same problem here, very new mouse, connection issues constantly and troubleshooting steps are not resolving the problem

I have the same issue with my Razer ballistick v3 keeps disconnecting 1 sec connect then 10 sec disconnect, is is broken or is it fixable? Please help!

Having the same issue, bought the mouse not even a week ago, hyperpolling dongle randomly shuts off, mouse stutters constantly.

I have been dealing with the same issue. Where can I upload video to prove it. That same issue showed up to me 5 months ago but I continued using it because replacement takes long. How to fix this issue please? I tried updating firmware and all still disconnecting from time to time.


This post seems to show up at the top every time I searched the issue. I fixed my problem by swapping the dongle plugin to a USB 3.2 labeled on the back of the board. I don’t think it works well with the basic usb plugins.

I still have this issue on a Razer Viper V3 Pro, this is a REPLACEMENT unit that Razer sent me because the original one that I bought also had this same issue. I’ve completely rebuilt my computer and am also using it right now on my laptop as well and it still constantly has this issue no matter the computer or port. How can I use this mouse in a competitive game if it randomly disconnects every so often, sometimes in the middle of a gunfight? I have mice from Lamzu, Zaopin, Logitech, Waizowl, Vaxee, Teevolution, and others and I have yet to experience a gamebreaking issue like this with any of those wireless implementations.

I'm having an issue with my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. It consistently disconnects or loses tracking whenever I lift and then place the mouse back down. This happens even during light, natural movements in games. It instantly resumes once I move it again, but the stutter causes serious issues during gameplay.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Updated to the latest firmware via Razer’s official tool

  • Changed batteries (multiple brands, all fresh)

  • Tested on different surfaces and mousepads

  • Switched USB ports and tried both front and back panel

  • Moved the dongle closer using an extension cable

  • Checked for signal interference

  • Reinstalled Synapse and did a clean driver install

None of these resolved the issue.

I’m having issues with my Razer V3 Pro; the tracking is lost for one or two seconds and then it reconnects. I don’t think such a big brand should be selling defective mice, especially at such a high price. I need a solution for this, please.

I’m having the same issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, it constantly stutters and hitches like it’s disconnecting and reconnecting. I have updated the firmware of the mouse and dongle, and I’m on a fresh installation of Windows 11. I’m also noticing large frame time spikes in games, which I think are being caused by the mouse. I’ve only had it 5 months from Amazon UK, but something is very wrong with it.
