New viper v3 pro keep disconnecting on wireless mode while i'm playing

Hello, i’m having some issue with my brand new Razer Viper V3 PRO.

Issue: Disconnects/Stops working A LOT, OFTEN, while i’m playing

*Updated firmware doesn't fix it.

Mouse is ~ 1 week old

It helped me download usb drivers for the motherboard from the manufacturer's website. There have been no disconnects for several days, maybe the effect is temporary, I hope someone will help.
