Got a new Viper V4 Pro from Japan and have been using it for a few weeks. Went out for the weekend and came back and the scroll wheel wont scroll up or down but pressing down on it works.
Tried other mice and their scroll works, reinstalled drivers, used compressed air, tried wired/wireless
Last resort is to get it replaced since I have warranty but I would prefer not to since I need it for the time being and I dont have any backup mice.
