New Windows Synapse version breaks Tartarus Pro D-Pad

Confirmed the D-Pad / joystick works just fine w/o the software running. With it, no inputs go through whatsoever (defaults, other macros, etc.)

Curious if anyone else has seen this issue and if Razer team are able to put out a hotfix.

The moderator removed patch and presumably release ID parts of version # I posted. Fair enough.

Important thing to note is that it was the 6/22/26 release that caused this - the inputs worked swimmingly <18h ago.

That explains everything. Now the keypad is useless. >:(

Is it possible to revert back to the older version?

Exact same issue - worked last night when I went to bed, D-Pad is dead while Synapse is running today.

Same issue. Synapse updated and now my D-Pad doesn’t work in any games. Windows registers it and shows the little crosshairs moving, but doesn’t work in any games I play. Specifically World of Warcraft. We have a way to fix it temporarily?

Edit: I was able to make it work by mapping all the joystick directions to keyboard functions, rather than joystick functions. Seems like a ridiculous thing to break. If it was intentional, they should have posted something.

I have the same issue. Synapse updated and now my D-Pad doesn’t work at all.

Same issue.  Remapping in any fashion and rebinding does not help. Totally unresponsive and does not see it as an input.

What worked for me was setting the tartarus keybinds to random things… like keybinding “left” to “shit+p” or something like that, then changing the directional keybind in-game. This is dumb.

Closed razer app worked for me

You know what else is dumb? I reached out to the support email and they want me to send them a screenshot of it not working. Huh? Is their support run by AI?

I have re-bound it to every possible binding, set it to default, set it to joystick, and nothing worked.
