Newly bought Razer Krakens have muffled sound
Hello,
Ive revently purchased a razer kraken headset and the audio comes out muffled. Everything worked well on my old hyperx clouds, and it still does when i plug them in. Im using:
- Windows 7 (so no 7.1 surround sound)
- newest realtek HD audio driver
Ive tried instaling synapse 3.0 but it cant find my headphones. Reinstalling the drivers and synapse doesnt help. Also, Ive tried both headsets on my android phone and it has the same problem. Is the audio quality intended, or can i do something about it.
