Newly bought RAZER PHONE 2 shut off by itself and wont turn on!!! HELP ME PLEASE

My phone just bought less than a month. Yesterday when I was charging the phone it suddenly auto shut off when I was not looking. Now, I can't switch it on back again nor charge the phone. NOTHING WORKS!!!!!! Tried the solutions that I google'd online, nothing works. Please provide a solution for this.

    Hi there! What happened prior to this issue? Was it charging properly? Please press and hold down on the Power Button and the Volume Up button and see if it reboots. Let me know how it goes.
