When I create macros in synaps4 they are created correctly and saved. When I restart the computer they are all gone. My keyboard shows that there are t buttons with macros that should exist but they don't. The own troubleshooting I have done is.
1.created a brand new razer account and started at the beginning, make new scripts from scratch. no difference
2. Tests that new export them and reload them will work until the next reboot.
3. Split all files under C: if has to do with razer and hard-reinstall the entire razer suite. same problem. Mouse : Naga Trinity keyboard: Blackwidow chroma. And now to the really annoying part of the story, every 10 time I start the computer, my scripts I created can suddenly be in place again. only to disappear on the next reboot. Would it really be that hard to let me save my macros locally on the computer and then have an autobackup against the razer account????? why does it have to be a full-fledged online feature that doesn't work?
