Newly submitted case doesn't show on my support history

I’ve submitted case #

 

yesterday, via Razer Assist. However, contrary to the chat bot’s confirmation message, I have yet to receive any email confirming my submission as well as I don’t see it on my Support History.

I tried re-submitting, but still nothing.
