'Next track' key problem

Recently some of the keys on my razer keyboard apparently stopped working or I don't know what happened since the other 3 keys of the same playback section of my keyboard continue to work and this is the only one that does not work. I already tried to enter a video game where keys are linked and I tried to select the 'Next track' key and nothing happened, it is as if that key was not on the keyboard but the other 3 keys of the same playback section did work and When I bind them, a bind like 'G' or 'M' appeared, I could not say it exactly but this was the only one to fail and it has been happening to me since the day before yesterday, I do not know if it is a factory damage and it had to happen or that but before IF IT WORKED to perfection like the other keys. I use a Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard.
