Recently, I bought a Dell G15 5535 laptop from Best Buy because it was time for a new one. I am trying to use my Razer capture card with this laptop to capture game footage on my Nintendo Switch, but when I record on OBS or Streamlabs, the audio sounds weird/muffled. In my first chat with Razer, they said it was a compatibility issue with my capture card, as it was compatible with an Intel core processor while this laptop has an AMD processor. Razer support recommended me a new capture card from their brand that was compatible, and it still had the audio issues. I contacted them again and they recommended something with PowerShell and cmd prompt, and still nothing fixed my issue. I tried to self diagnose and came to realize this computer came with USB 2.0 ports instead of 3.0 ports, and after purchasing a USB C to USB 3.0 adapter, the issue still isn't fixed. Dell Support has been of zero help as well. Is there any way to fix this issue, or should I just buy an Elgato?
