I bought a Razor Kaira X in December, now we have March. For months I have been trying to get the 7.1 surround sound activation key for my headset without success. I signed up on the Razor site and registered my headset. I got the confirmation emails of creating my Razor account and that my headset was properly registered as well, but they key for 7.1 surround sound I did not get.
I searched on the site and found that you can send yourself the email with your key again, but I still received nothing, even my spam folder was empty. I tried this a few times with a few days in between each time and each time the site just told me that a copy of my code has been sent to my email address. I even double-checked again if my email was correct but since I got the confirmation of me signing up in the first place and that I of registering my headset, it must be right.
So I have been writing support about this. After I explained my issue to them in a few emails they said they would “forward my issue to the relevant team” and that they would contact me as soon as possible. That was the last I heard of them before my case was closed. I went through this entire procedure twice and both times it ended like this and I STILL don’t have my key. It has been months now of my trying to get it somehow and patience is really running thin at this point. I hope that maybe through this I will FINALY get my key.
