No 7.1 surround sound output

I had something wrong with my audio and it ended up being a quick fix, but I used the sound troubleshooter (windows) and it deleted the 7.1 surround sound output thing. Please help anyone.

    What issues are you experiencing with the Razer 7.1 Surround app? Try to clean-install it and update the Audio driver of your PC. Make sure your Windows OS is up to date as well.
