I am trying to use my razor gold but I am blocked by 2-step verification via the authenticator app. I don’t have access anymore to this and have no way of using my gold. With this, I cannot change any 2-step settings on my account without this authenticator app code that I cannot get. I also lost access to my backup codes. What do I do?
