I am trying to use my razor gold but I am blocked by 2-step verification via the authenticator app. I don’t have access anymore to this and have no way of using my gold. With this, I cannot change any 2-step settings on my account without this authenticator app code that I cannot get. I also lost access to my backup codes. What do I do?

Upon checking, your Razer account is still active. If you’re referring to your Razer Gold Wallet, unfortunately, I have limited access to this part of your system. I suggest, you submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat By clicking the green chat button at the bottom right, you can get this sorted out in real time.
