No acess to Authenticator, phone number and backup codes

Hi, I need help with the two-step authenticator, and I simply can't find any support from you on the website.I no longer have access to the number registered with the authenticator, nor to the backup codes, so my account is locked. I managed to recover the PINs, but I can't make the purchase.
