I tried registering my headset to get my activation code but the code wasn't sent in the email.

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
