No Activation code

On October 30, 2021, I bought Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Headset. Once I installed the 7.1 surround sound software, it said I needed an activation code. It said that it came with my purchase or got sent via email after I registered it. Unfortunately the code wasn´t in the box. I also registered to Razer ID, but haven´t received the code there either. What can I do from here ? I would greatly appreciate the help.

The Razer Kraken BT's audio settings can be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0. There are exclusive headset models that are compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound.
