I purchased a Kaira X and registered it, but i don't recieve an activation code. Even when asking a new one via the site with the serial number there is no code to be seen. Can anyone help?

I’m here to help. Please PM me your headset serial number and the email address associted with your device so I can check if there’s a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code allocated to it. I’d appreacted it if you could also share a copy of your device proof of purchase for me to check the resellers name. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
