Good afternoon! 

I recently bought Razer Kraken X Lite headphones in Russia on November 15th. According to information on the official website razer.com, these headphones come with a stretch card with an activation code for 7.1 surround sound. But there was no code in my box.

I registered my headphones on the site, but the activation code did not come to my email.

Please help me solve the problem. I want to use 7.1 sorround sound for my games.

Im having this exact problem. I checked my spam folder and refreshed my feed and even let the website resend the code but received nothing.

I bought a blackshark v2 x and when I unboxing it, I got a green card with no code only a QR code to scan. So I did it I register my account and logging on the website I register my product but I never had my code to get the 7.1 sound can you help me please?
