I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number was registered to different accounts, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed since 2023.

This usually occurs if the device is a pre-owned item and was re-boxed and resold. I understand that the device was newly purchased; however, our records indicate otherwise. It is not possible to register the device again if it is registered to another user.

Moreover, if your intention is to register the device for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, please be advised that the activation code for the headset is not provided via device registration. It is provided via a scratch card, as indicated here. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. I hope this helps.
