No Activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound but have registered my headset Kaira X and got the confirmation email.

Ok, i also tried to ask a new validation code (but never received a first one), but did not work neither. My headset is registered i  received email confirmation and i see it in my account. What do I do wrong or Razer do wrong?
