No activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound but already registered my headset and got the confirmation email

Hello,

Made everything you guys asked. 

Mail receive with confirmation, but no code.

Cant speak with anyone, cant send a support email  (just loops from page to page),

New code, old code, always the same message - code send to email but no email received.
