No activation code for Razer Kraken X

I've purchased a Razer Kraken X headset off Amazon and it didn't come with an activation code for the 7.1 Surround sound. I've registered my device with my Razor ID and I still can't figure out how to get the code. Where do I need to go to get it?

+1 Why isnt it automatically issued to your account when you register a device.. to logics and tiny amount of scripting..week at best.. sure would improve the customer side as im seeing a number of similar posts trying to find a solution myself.
