Hi, I wish to use the 7.1 Surround sound app but they ask me for an activation code. I already registered ALL the information needed about my BLACKSHARK V2 X on my account but I still didn’t receive an email with the code. Dear razor support can you please help me to get my activation code I’ve been struggling for an hour

I did register my blackshark v2 pro headphones and I received only email that said they are registered but never got my activation code for the THX Spatial audio. Please help me I’m trying for 2 hours now to get it.

I did this and the system informed me that the code had been sent to me via email. But I haven't gotten that email yet. I checked everywhere and couldn't find that email.
