No audio after i enabled 7.1 surround sound

I followed all the Steps as showed in the Video to enable 7.1 surround sound, but after enabling it i coudnt hear any audio from my headphones. Can u guys Please Help me to get this fixed.

Please check to ensure that the 7.1 Surround Sound is installed in your programs files folder in drive C. Also, perform the steps from this thread and see if it helps.
