So yesterday, my headset was working fine. Then today when I tried it, no audio was coming out of the right side. I tried to edit the balance option but it wasn’t there in the sound settings. I don’t think it’s a software issue as I connected them to my phone and I still didn’t hear sound on the right side. So does anyone know a fix to this? I am on Windows 11 by the way.

Please bear with me for a bit. Does the issue persists in wired mode? Can you also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing?
