No Audio Enhacement working in Blackshark V3 Pro with Synapse 4

Since this Synapse 4, I can’t use the audio enhacement like Bass Bosst or any other. Also, I always have to refresh the browser page (for example, youtube), to have the audio configurations to work. When I change the page to another video, have to refresh again to apply the audio configurations.

Have you tried to disable Windows audio enhancements, disable exclusive control, disable hardware acceleration in browser and re-install audio drivers?
