No audio in left ear
I bought a brand new Razer blackshark v2 headset 2-3months ago, and ever since I have been having the issue of the audio in the left ear cup periodically turning down to the point where there is no audio. Sometimes turning the knob will solve it for a short amount of time until the volume goes back down again.
Is this a common malfunction?
