Hello Everyone. earlier today i bought the razer kraken x, when i plugged it onto my pc i could not hear any audio using the headphones, i changed my audio device to the razer kraken x, i reinstalled my realtek drivers, i tried using the splitter cables and the normal 3.55m cable and none of it worked. i plugged it onto my nintendo switch to see if it will work on there and it did, i followed the razer troubleshooting guide, still didn't work, i wiped the cable and the port and still, no audio. i have no idea what to do anymore. i know the problem is from my pc since it worked on my switch. but i don't know how to fix it
