No audio or mic from wireless Blackshark V2 Pro

I am used to using the wired version of the Blackshark V2 Pro headphones No EQ button. I have had them for a few years but I wanted to use them wireless due to an issue with my computer causing videogame audio to be put through my mic even when the mic was physically disconnected or headset button muted.  So I charged them and plugged in the USB dongle I had gotten with the headset and turned it on. The computer (windows 10) said it was set up and all my setting are set to input/output from the headset but no audio is coming out and no mic audio is being picked up. The headset turns on directly to a blue light and only flashes red/green when charging. I have tried to hold the power down to turn on Bluetooth connect to see if it would connect to my phone but it doesn't seem to enter the mode. It shouldn’t be Bluetooth connected to anything else as I have turned off Bluetooth on all my other devices thinking that may be the problem. I have tried a few different USB ports on the PC thinking that may also be the problem but nothing helped.

I have also downloaded and connected my headset to razer synapse to hopefully fix the problem but after it successfully read and added it via the dongle even when the headset was on it said it was either powered off or needed to be connected by 2.4GHz even though the USB-A dongle was plugged in. So I was unable to hopefully configure it to fix it.
 

I have tried in setting windows audio troubleshoot and it didn’t help.


Please help me
