No audio port since format

So since I installed a new SSD I cant get the audio jack port to work. When I plug something in nothing appears. I have tried going on my blade base 15 2018 support page and I have downloader the realteck and dolby drivers but when I try installing them I get an install abort because access is denied!! How can I give access to the install for these drivers!!??
