No audio sound from kraken lite x

I purchased the kraken x lite recently and ever since I've had issues. Managed to finally install surround sound 7.2 or something like that but after many hours of trying to sort out I still haven't been able to get any sound out of it, whether it be YouTube or my personal music. I'm not exactly computer savvy but this is ridiculous
