bought a Kraken in October and just getting around to using the 7.1 surround sound but when I try to log in it says "no authentication found". I even registered the device on my account and received another code than the one I got with the headset as well as uninstalled the program and restarted my c but no fix. Please help!

Try to reinstall the application to refresh its connection to Razer services. If that didn't help, PM me your Razer ID/Email so I can check the activation status on my end. Thanks!
