No authentication error + Surround Sound Code


So I signed up after buying a headphone product from Razor. I downloaded the 7.1 Surround sound software and tried it. But I accidentally scratched some of the numbers off, and I couldn't figure out the numbers. So I used the id hidden on one of the earphones and signed up, did the verification code, and voila, it was done. Then I tried to login with the new account I had created, but it gave the message: "No authentication found". So I thought it didn't work, and signing up again with the serial number on my headphones. But the account was apparently taken, so I had succeeded in creating the account. So not only did I lose my code, but I can't even log in. Please help if you know what to do.
