i cant log in to razer 7.1 surround sound softwear it just says no authentication found i have reinstalled multiple time with restarts to pc i really need help to fix this

Are you using a personal computer, and is it connected to a home network? Try isolating the behavior by logging in to another local Windows user account. Also, disable the firewall and make sure to run the installer with administrator privileges. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use that to check on your device's registration status and check your account details.
