I have created an account so I can use the software for my new razer headset but when I log in it says no authentication found. What can I do?
Are you still experiencing the issue? Did you check if you can log in to your Razer ID account here? Also, if you have an anti-virus or firewall set in your computer, please give the Razer Synapse 3.0 an exception. I’ll be locking this thread now.
