I have been using THX Spatial Audio for almost 5 years with no problems.I purchased the license in 10 Oct 2020 with the Order ID RZEUPP0000094755801But since today, I am not able to log in to the Surround Sound App. I get the message: No authentication foundMy account username: technoMarigoldcast305

Problem fixed after retrying 2 hours later. Uninstall, restart, and reinstall fixed the issue(though the same steps didn’t work 2 hours before so i guess it was a server issue)
